Commitment to Results

Bob Donatelli is the most innovative physical therapy clinician and educator I've ever met. If you have a sports injury, he is the first call to make. I'll give you his number.

Everyone has a story.

Over my career as a therapist and educator, it has been a privilege to work with world-class athletes from virtually every professional sports league and specialty. Many of these athletes have become friends. I am inspired and amazed by their talent, drive and work ethic. No doubt, you know their names and their accomplishments. Here are a few of their stories that you may not know.

Michael Hunter

Michael Hunter is a professional Boxer with an impressive 17-1 career record, 12 wins by KO. Over the years Michael has trained with Dr. Donatelli to increase lateral quickness, sharpen visual targeting and injury prevention. Most notably, Dr. Donatelli played a key roll in Michael’s training prior to the 2016 World Qualifiers, where Michael won Gold in the Super-Heavyweight Division.

“My challenges began when I was with the Atlanta Braves, where I tore my Achilles’ tendon. I thought my career was over. But then I found Dr. Donatelli. He put me on an amazing program that literally saved my career. I played for seven more years, thanks to Dr. Bob. He does extensive work like no one else I’ve ever seen, and he truly cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Donatelli to anyone with a sports related injury. He’s the best.”

Andy Roddick

From May of 2001 to 2008, Dr. Donatelli was the physical therapist of record working with Andy Roddick—who was ranked in the top 10 for 10 years on the ATP tour. Responsibilities included evaluation of Andy’s injuries and development of in-season and off-season conditioning and strengthening programs.

Physical Therapy is a science and an art. Results are directly influenced by the breadth of information and depth of focus possessed by the therapist.
